Songs of Prayer
Music for surrender, strength, and spiritual connection.
Some prayers are spoken. Others find their voice in song.
Gail Garland created Songs of Prayer as a gift to the recovery community. Drawing on prayers and reflections meaningful to her own journey, this collection offers space to pause, listen, and reconnect with a source of strength beyond ourselves.
Whether you are moving through uncertainty, finding your footing in recovery, or simply seeking a moment of peace, you are welcome here.
From Prayer to Song
Recovery has been a defining part of Gail’s life. Through her involvement in Alcoholics Anonymous and her work as a marriage and family therapist, she came to understand how deeply we need hope, connection, and something to hold onto when life feels difficult.
With Songs of Prayer, she gave musical expression to words that had helped sustain her. She created the collection to share freely in support of recovery.
These songs invite reflection on surrender, humility, forgiveness, and the courage to keep moving forward.
A Moment to Listen
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
Take a breath. Let the words settle. Make room for whatever you are carrying—and for the possibility of feeling supported.
